This blog features the wedding of Sindy and Nishan.
Their venue was the magnificent Hyland’s House in Chelmsford, Essex.
Our consultations with Sindy were always a delight. Her mum, dad, sisters, aunties and bridesmaids all enjoyed sharing their ideas to help us achieve Sindy’s vision for the big day.
Sindy and Nishan had a fabulous summer wedding in August. The brief was graceful, elegant and wow! We achieved this by the use of a natural colour palette and a hit of colour coming from the stunning cappuccino rose.
Graceful, elegant wedding flowers
The star of the show was definitely the cappuccino rose – classy, colourful and romantic. It was chosen to complement the vibrant rich colours of the bridesmaids’ red and gold saris, which it did perfectly.
Sindy looked absolutely stunning. Her bridal bouquet was graceful, elegant and romantic. It was composed of ivory roses, white freesia, white eustoma and delicate white Gypsophila.
The bridesmaids looked spectacular in their red and gold saris – adding such a vibrant vibe to the day. The fabric and embellishments were really something to see. The cappuccino roses completed the dresses perfectly.
The Flower Girl
The gorgeous little flower girl was very happy to hold her flower wand.
Guest Table Centrepieces
The wedding breakfast was held in the historic Grand Pavilion at Hyland’s. This is a light area, large enough to accommodate 300 seated guests.
Sindy and Nishan had 29 guest tables. We decided to have three different designs – all adding that wow factor to the venue.
Design one grabbed the guests’ attention as they walked into Grand Pavilion. It was composed of fluffy hydrangeas, delicate white Gypsophila and – the star of the show – the Cappuccino rose. This was all complemented by lashings of eucalyptus foliage.
A stunningly simple design composed of classy ivory calla lilies in a clear glass vase. This allowed the guests to see each other clearly as they sat around the circular sociable tables.
A clear glass vase with the gorgeous star of the show, a cappuccino rose submerged in water.
By choosing these three different designs it helped greatly with the budget and worked so well in the large Grand Pavilion at Hyland’s House.
Hyland’s House Wedding
This was a large wedding with many family and friends attending. The historic Hyland’s House was the perfect wedding venue choice. The guests freely enjoyed all the elegant rooms inside the house and the glorious grounds outside throughout the day.
